What is your real name?

Amie Breedlove.

What is the most exciting project you EVER got to work on?

The voice of “Firefly” in the online video game, ‘Oil Rush’.

What is the most exciting project you worked on last year?

Disney Imagicademy.

Can you give us a short history of what you do?

I began doing voiceovers in 1999 and now voice radio and commercials, video games, corporate narrations, podcasts and on-hold messaging systems for a long list of clients all over the world. I have a passion for music, biking, organic food and fitness.

How did you get into voice acting?

The world of radio introduced me to voiceover.

Who is your role model in the voice over/acting industry?

This may sound silly, but I consider myself my own role model. I try to not compare myself to anyone and mainly focus on how I can be the best voiceover talent and offer the best service possible to my clients.

How do you warm up to record each session?

I like warm lemon/ginger tea and a few vocal exercises.

What is your favorite piece of audio recording kit and why?

Audtion CC. I’ve been using Adobe audition since around 1997 and have watched it evolve. It’s an amazing software for voiceover, as there are so many fun ways to make your voice, music or any type of audio really come to life.

Could you tell us something about you that we won’t be able to find anywhere in your CV/Website/Social Media profiles?

I love thrift shops!
